How to make Chutney for Mysore Masala Dosa

Ingredients for Chutney for Mysore Masala Dosa

  • Split Bengal gram (chana dal) - ½ cup

  • Garlic cloves - 8

  • Dried red chillies broken - 6

  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

  • Salt 

Method

Step 1

In order to make chutney, put roasted Bengal gram, dried red chillies, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a blender jar and blend until it becomes a smooth paste with enough water.

Step 2

Put into a bowl and serve with Mysore masala dosa.
