How to make Mango Sandesh Recipe

Ingredients 

  • Ripe mangoes peeled - 2

  • Chenna made of 1ltr milk

  • Sugar - 3½ teaspoons

  • Rose essence drops - 3

Method

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick pan. Add chhena and sugar on it and cook for 3 minutes, keep stirring continuously. Put off the heat and keep to cool at room temperature.

Step 2

Now slice the mangoes into thin pieces.

Step 3

Grind the chhena-sugar mixture along with the rose essence into a smooth paste.

Step 4

Seperate the paste into small equal portions, place on one end of mango slice and roll. Cut them into halves.

Step 5

Now it is ready to be served immediately.
